YAY! Finally another deviation. I had a ton of fun on this one.
Cynthia/Shirona (whichever you prefer) is my favorite Pokemon character, previous to her it was Jesse...lol. I wanted to draw her in a bikini, and a polka dotted one at that; I kinda over did it on the polka dots, but who cares.
This time around I changed the way I did somethings, for starters I bought Paint Tool SAI, and used it for the line work, then the rest was colored in Photoshop. I also changed my style a little bit, you may not be able to notice it...LOL
